Janet Dubuc
Janet Dubuc is a local artist, painting in oil and watercolor. She spent her lifelong career teaching art to high school students at St Andrew’s School in Barrington, RI. She studied Art at Syracuse University and Art Education at Rhode Island College, as well as coursework at UMass Dartmouth and programs at the British Institute and The deMedici School of Art, both in Florence, Italy. She exhibits throughout the area, and is a member of Bristol Art Museum, South Coast Artists, and Westport Art Group. She has recently won awards from Bristol Art Museum and Westport Art Group.
She currently serves as Vice President for Education at Westport Art Group.
