Heide Hallemeier
Heide Hallemeier was trained in Vienna, Austria, and Kassel, Germany, in Applied Art Academies. After having her own business for over 30 years she concentrated her efforts on mastering watercolor , which she is passionate about. She loves living in a beautiful area of New England which provides unending inspiration. Any nice day you can find her outside painting and recording landscapes, boating scenes, local bird and floral life and scenes from the working waterfront.
Heide has studied watercolor painting at workshops with well known instructors,has exhibited all over New England and been accepted in juried shows all over the country. She has taught watercolor painting locally and acted as juror for other organizations. She is a signature member of the Rhode Island Watercolor Society, the Marion Art Center, the Westport Art Group and South Coast Artists.
